  1. Contact Me: Call me at 0418 453 865 to arrange a meeting. I can see you immediately, and we can complete everything on the spot.
  2. Bring Required Documents:
    • Your passport or birth certificate (along with your driver’s license for photo ID).
    • A photocopy of your partner's passport (front page with photo).
  3. Complete the NOIM: I will assist you in completing the NOIM, and you’ll sign it in my presence.
Important: If your partner is overseas, your signature alone on the lodged NOIM is sufficient at this stage.
  4. Receive Documentation: After completing the NOIM, I will provide you with:
    • A letter for Immigration.

Applying for Fiancé Visa or Partner Visa
If your partner is overseas and you live outside Sydney, I’m here to help!
I assist individuals with their Fiancé Visa applications from all over Australia. Immigration agents from across the country send their clients to me for NOIM lodgement and the Celebrant's letter, especially when they can’t come to Sydney to sign the NOIM in person.
Here’s How It Works:
  1. Contact Me: Reach out, and I will guide you through the process.
  2. Receive the NOIM: I can email you the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM), or you can download it directly from my website.
  3. Sign the NOIM: Sign the NOIM in front of a Justice of the Peace (JP), doctor, lawyer, or at your local police station anywhere in Australia. You can sign the NOIM in front of me on-line, on FaceTime
  4. Submit the NOIM: Scan the signed NOIM and email it back to me. I will lodge the NOIM on your behalf and provide you with the necessary documents for Immigration—all on the same day!
With my support, you’ll have everything you need for a smooth Fiancé Visa application process. Don’t hesitate to get in touch!
Applying for Fiancé Visa When Both Partners Are Overseas

If both of you are living overseas, the process is simple, and I will guide you through every step.

  1. Receive the NOIM: I will email you the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM), or you can download it from my website.
  2. Signature Witnessing: Your signature on the NOIM can be witnessed at the Australian Embassy or Consulate in your country, or by a Notary Public.
  3. Lodgement Timeline: Once the form is completed, please email it to me for lodgement no later than one calendar month prior to your wedding. I will lodge the NOIM as soon as I receive it.
  4. Original NOIM: When you come to Australia, please bring the original NOIM and present it to me.
  5. Passport Requirements: Along with the NOIM, scan and email me both partners’ passports (front pages with photos). I will sight the original passports upon your arrival in Australia.
  6. Previous Marriages: If either partner has been married previously, please also email me a certified copy of your Divorce Certificate or Death Certificate of your former spouse.
  7. Celebrant's Letter: After lodgement, I will email you a celebrant's letter that includes the details of your intended marriage, along with the certified copy of the lodged NOIM. This will prepare you for your Fiancé Visa application.

Important Information About the Wedding Date
In the letter provided to Immigration or the Embassy, the intended wedding date and possible venue must be stated for your Fiancé Visa application. However, you are not obligated to marry on that specific date or at the nominated venue. I will confirm the wedding date only after your partner is granted the visa and arrives in Australia.
You can marry anytime and at any venue within 9 months of your partner’s arrival in Australia.
